Shipping policy

All Orders placed on nataldesign.fashion are processed Monday-Friday and shipped out within 2 business days.  Excluding major holidays and Weekends.

• Once your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information.

• Once an order is in the allocation and processing stage, orders cannot be canceled. 

• Orders refused or returned as undeliverable when sent to the address provided by the customer, will result in a 10% restocking fee.

• The refund policy requires you to contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and return the item within 21 days of delivery at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if the free shipping option was chosen, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. It's important to review your order thoroughly before completing your purchase.
